I was born in the Tampa Bay area and have been in the construction industry for over 28 years. Due to the quality of my performance, I passed the test given to all Class "A" General Contractors several years ago. Since then, the services of our company have been requested and there was an evident need to expand into complete home construction.
Let me give you a brief outline of my construction company. We began with framing homes and advanced to some of the largest and most complex homes in the bay area due to the increasing demand of our clients. Since I am in the business of custom homes with my framing company, I accept only excellent work from my employees. That same level of quality is placed in every one of the homes built by HCI Homes. The high quality of work I expect of myself and my employees has been maintained these several years.
